MOVE Well in Midlife

Six weeks. Six women. Big changes.

Pilates Strengthening

WHAT’S IN THE PROGRAM?

  • (1) one-on-one coaching session
  • (2) in-studio classes per week
  • (1) at-home virtual workout per week
  • (1) personalized homework exercise routine

In the MOVE Well in Midlife Program, we’ll work together to build a safe, targeted and effective strength routine with a group of women in the same age and stage of life as you. The program is limited to six participants and incorporates a very consistent and customized movement approach. 

Total cost: $594 for the six week program

IS THIS PROGRAM RIGHT FOR ME?

Do you…

  • Have surprising aches and pains
  • Worry about bone health and aging posture
  • Feel confused about how to get strong safely 
  • Worry about unexpected changes and other symptoms of perimenopause and menopause

To join us you should…

  • Be within the age range of 45-65
  • Be able to get up and down off the floor easily
  • Be free from acute injuries or severe chronic pain

We do not recommend this program if you have osteoporosis in the thoracic spine.

Pilates Private Training

IN-STUDIO CLASSES

Our next six-week program start dates are:

  • Feb 17 – March 23, 2025
  • April 21 – May 25, 2025

Your weekly in-person class schedule will be:

  • Mondays at 5:30pm
  • Thursdays at 5:30pm

Remember, you’ll also have one virtual class per week plus daily homework exercises to keep you moving all week long.

ABOUT MOVE WELLNESS PILATES

MOVE Wellness is a fitness studio in Ann Arbor that specializes in Pilates. Our expert trainers will teach you how to do Pilates both on the mat and on spring-based resistance equipment, designed by Joseph Pilates himself, including the Reformer, the Cadillac, the Chair and Barrels. Pilates is suitable for all bodies at every stage of life.

You can experience the wisdom and depth of this system in private training, small group classes, and virtual classes. These formats are customized to focus on your unique needs and goals. Our Ann Arbor studio offers in-person private sessions and small group training with a customized program. Pilates classes are also available online through our Virtual Class Membership, which gives you unlimited access to virtual live and recorded classes each week.
