We have classes for all levels of movers from beginner classes including Gentle Mat Pilates and Hatha Yin Yoga to our more advanced classes like Intermediate Pilates Mat and Pilates Mat Flow. Whatever classes you choose, join us upstairs in our beautiful, newly-renovated mat space.

Start with a $79 introductory private session to learn the foundational movements and get a custom class plan from one of our experienced trainers. If you already have movement experience and are looking to join classes right away, we suggest our new client 3-class pack.

  • Who can join mat classes?

When have classes for all levels. If you’re booking classes online, make sure you checkout the class description for all the details. If you’re new or returning to exercise, we’d love you to consider booking an introductory private session first. This is a great way to get in a fun, customized workout and have one of our amazing trainers help you create the class schedule that’s just right for you.

If you have any questions, we’re just a text, call or email away!

  • What do I need to bring to class?

Just yourself! We have all the mats and props you’ll need for any class. We also have water and tea downstairs if you need a drink. When you arrive, you’ll leave your shoes downstairs in a cubby or floor-mat and walk upstairs to the mat class space. There is a bench and additional cubbies for anything you’d like to bring upstairs.

  • Do I need to sign up in advance?

Yes! You can sign up online, via email or call/text our Desk Team. Lots of our clients love to book out a class so their spot is held every week and all they have to do is show up on time!

If you’d like to hop into a class last-minute, just give us a call at the studio and as long as there is room, we’d love to add you to class.

ABOUT MOVE WELLNESS PILATES

MOVE Wellness is a fitness studio in Ann Arbor that specializes in Pilates. Our expert trainers will teach you how to do Pilates both on the mat and on spring-based resistance equipment, designed by Joseph Pilates himself, including the Reformer, the Cadillac, the Chair and Barrels. Pilates is suitable for all bodies at every stage of life.

You can experience the wisdom and depth of this system in private training, small group classes, and virtual classes. These formats are customized to focus on your unique needs and goals.
